11. Google API Services​

MagicGPT Quiz Builder for Forms complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access your Google user data, such as Google Forms data and your basic Google account information (email), solely for providing the core functionalities of the Service. We do not share this data with third parties except as required to fulfill the features of the Service.

12. Use of Google User Data​

MagicGPT Quiz Builder for Forms accesses and uses your Google user data to perform the following functions:

  • Google Forms Data: We access your Google Forms to add AI-generated quiz questions
  • Google OAuth User Information: We use your Google account information for authentication and authorization purposes to ensure that only you can access your data

  • You receive 3 free trial generations before purchase is required
  • Purchases are final and non-refundable due to the immediate access to the service
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing license holders

17. Content Generation Disclaimer​

MagicGPT Quiz Builder for Forms uses AI to generate quiz content. You acknowledge that:

  • We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of AI-generated content
  • Generated content should be reviewed for appropriateness, accuracy, and educational value
